I'm writing this entirely for my own benefit, and posting it because others might have some interest in reading it. Translating these stages is painstakingly slow and tedious work, so I'll only post updates when I have something substantial to add to it. This is a translation for the Zengar Route only. Though I don't intend to translate the stories of the other three heroes, reading this script would still be helpful to those who play the other routes, since many portions of the game's storyline overlap, and there are portions that aren't shown in the others. This is not a gameplay guide. There are plenty of those available for Alpha 2 as it is, and since I'm playing with clear game data, I have very little to offer in the way of helpful strategies beyond "Upgrade" and "Spend your PP". I'm going to try to cover every possible instance of dialogue in every fight, but there may still be a few minor things that I miss. I left some names in Japanese when they have perfectly good English translations, for various reasons. I'll list those here. Daikumaryu: Great Space Dragon Ankoku Daishogun: Great Dark General Jigoku Daigensui: Grand Marshal of Hell Yami no Teiou: Emperor of Darkness Fufufu: It should sound like "Huhuhuh.." but I like "Fufufu" better because it's such a stereotypical villain line. Haniwa Genjin: A Haniwa is a kind of old unglazed pottery figure made by the ancient Japanese. I started out translating Genjin as "flunkie" or "subordinate", but I'm going to simply leave it at the full Japanese title. Zankantou: Zengar's sword, which translates to "Ship-Slashing Blade". Choujikin: Supermechanical person, the term used to refer to the ancient Chinese god-machines, Ryuouki and Koouki. Jama Dai Oukoku: I'm going with the simple translation of Jama Kingdom now, and considering Jama more of a name than something to be translated. Baamu: I've decided to go with the spelling of Bharm for this. If I can find some official data indicating another proper spelling, I'll change it. ***STAGE 01*** Zengar: (...at that time, I decided.) Daimonji: A giant underground cryogenic hibernation facility constructed in order to preserve the seeds of humanity. Sanshiro: Preserve the seeds? Sakon: As you can see... that facility was supposed to be a shelter in times of crisis. Sanshiro: But that crisis... doesn't seem to have come... Sakon: Right... the last conflict, in other words, the Balmar War... At the outset of that war, it was established that the Earth Sphere had set out to contend with the strength of numerous enemies from beyond the Earth. ...and so, the Earth Cradle's construction was suggested in the case of a time where humanity might be defeated. Sanshiro: Defeated...!? S, so... Pete: Right. If the time came that lost our fight against the invaders... The people sleeping within the Earth Cradle would become humanity's last survivors. Midori: But... the Earth Cradle... Daimonji: That's right... We can't tolerate defeat any longer. We mustn't allow a repeat of the tragedy of the last major conflict...
